Bookkeeping Services
For Small, Rural, and Family-Owned Businesses
Simple, honest bookkeeping for people who want clean numbers without stress or pressure.
I work quietly, accurately, and with a lot of care for the people behind the business.
What I Do
I help small business owners stay organized and understand their numbers. My services are straightforward:
Monthly Bookkeeping
- Categorizing & reconciling transactions
- Financial reports you can actually understand
- Optional custom reports (I don’t handle taxes. You need a CPA or tax preparer for that.)
Financial Reviews
A clear look at your books or systems so you know what’s working and what needs attention.
Custom Tools
If you need simple spreadsheets or tracking systems made for your specific operation, I build those too.
Who I Work With
I mostly support rural small businesses, farming & agriculture operations, contractors, and family-run or hands-on businesses in West Central Missouri. (Virtual Clients will be considered on a case by case basis.)
I take on a small number of clients at a time so I can give each one proper attention.
I work best with people who value honesty, clear communication, and ethical business practices.
How We Begin
I keep my process simple:
-
You send an inquiry
Just a few questions so I can learn about your business and see if we are a good fit. -
Intro conversation
Either in person or virtual. We’ll talk about your needs, your current systems, and what you’re hoping for. -
Proposal
Pricing depends on the size and complexity of the work. Monthly bookkeeping starts at $250/month. One-time projects and custom tools are priced separately.
If it feels comfortable for both of us, we move forward.
My Approach
I believe in:
- clean books
- honest numbers
- respectful communication
- steady, dependable work
I don’t adjust numbers to “look better,” and I don’t take on clients whose values don’t align.
This creates healthy, long-term working relationships for everyone involved.
About Me
My name is Kalie. I’m a bookkeeper, financial systems builder, and long-time supporter of rural small businesses. My work is guided by faith, integrity, and a desire to help people understand their financial picture without overwhelm.
My husband and I have run our own businesses, I’ve managed and maintained books and accounting practices across different industries, and I’ve built financial systems that help people stay organized and make confident decisions.
If you’re looking for someone steady, practical, and honest, I might be a good fit for your business.
