Return & Refund Policy

At Mais Holdings LLC, we offer both physical products (photography prints) and digital products (financial tools and templates). Because these product types have different fulfillment methods, they follow different return guidelines.

Physical Products – Photography Prints

All canvas and photo prints are made to order, which means they are created specifically for your purchase. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for: 

Buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size or variant, or change of mind after purchase.

Since each piece is made just for you, it cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.

To request a replacement, please email contact@maisholdings.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo of the damage or defect

Once verified, we will ship a replacement automatically.

Order Cancellations

Orders for physical prints can only be canceled before they enter production. Once production begins, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

Digital Products – Financial Tools 

All digital items (Excel spreadsheets, Google Sheets templates, and PDF guides) are delivered instantly after purchase.

Because digital files cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final once the files have been delivered.
