At Mais Holdings LLC, we offer both physical products (photography prints) and digital products (financial tools and templates). Each category follows different delivery methods outlined below.

Physical Products – Photography Prints

All canvas and photo prints are made to order through our professional print partner. This ensures high-quality production and careful handling before your item ships.

Production Time

All prints require 6–9 business days for printing and preparation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping starts at $9.49 for canvas prints.
Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on: 

Destination, canvas size, and total order weight.

Shipping rates come directly from our print partner for accurate pricing.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping may be added in the future.

Delivery Estimates

Once production is complete, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on location.

Please note: Holidays and carrier delays may extend delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor the delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number, a photo of the issue, and a photo of the packaging.

We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Digital Products – Financial Tools 

All digital items (Excel spreadsheets, Google Sheets templates, and PDF guides) are delivered instantly after purchase.

Shipping

Digital products do not require shipping, and no physical item will be sent.

Delivery

Your digital files are available immediately after checkout and are also emailed to you for convenience.
